For signal and power transmission: The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when specifications repeat or are distributed on a specified grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). The WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connector with A coding in black or white is normally used for general mains applications in power distribution. Our WINSTA® MIDI product line allows flexibility for the installation of applications. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it ensures error-free, time-saving installation and offers flexibility and customization for meeting various installation requirements. Building safety must be ensured at all times, even after the electrical installation stage. The safety requirements in connection with EU CPR are fully satisfied by this product through fire class D. Eliminating halogens as an additive in the manufacture of this cable assembly substantially improves fire safety and reduces environmental contamination.
