Cable assembly WINSTA® MINI with protection against mismating
The WINSTA® MINI cable assembly A coding allows installation of solid and fine-stranded conductors. Our pluggable installation connectors with spring pressure connection technology function without screw connections. They allow flexible, error-free installation in a large number of possible uses. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is equipped with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector offers protection against contact with wires or tools if they are smaller than 1 mm in accordance with protection type IP40. The WINSTA® MINI pluggable installation connector with A coding in black or white is normally used for general mains applications in power distribution. Due to its particularly small dimensions, our WINSTA® MINI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology is very suitable in very tight spaces, i.e., for installations when very little room is available. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is essential for the safety of buildings as well. For buildings with average safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class E are suitable.
