Cable assembly WINSTA® MINI A coding
The WINSTA® MINI cable assembly with protection type IP40 provides the foundation for assembly of fine-stranded and solid conductors. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when specifications repeat or are distributed on a defined grid, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. For greater security in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is equipped with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid granular objects with a diameter of less than 1 mm in accordance with protection type IP40. The WINSTA® MINI pluggable installation connector with A coding in black or white is normally used for general mains applications in power distribution. Due to its particularly small dimensions, our WINSTA® MINI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology is very suitable in very tight spaces, i.e., for connections when very little room is available. This product meets all the mandatory fire protection requirements of fire class E; as a result it can be used in domains where fire safety is relevant. The cable assembly is free of halogen. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production. It also increases the fire class, since halogen-free materials do not easily ignite.
