The KT803 force transducers are characterized by their compact design, although they have an integrated digital measuring amplifier providing output signals of 0...10 V, 4...20 mA @ 24 VSUP. The force is applied via the M8 female thread for measuring ranges up to 5 kN for compressive or tensile forces. The steel measuring body operates on the double bending beam principle. Mounting with two screws is simple and suitable for any flat, stable surface. The Wheatstone full bridge measuring principle has been proven over decades for this type of force sensor and ensures a long service life.
