The M247 thin-film power resistor in TO-247 housing achieves a performance of up to 140 watts @25 °C with a suitably dimensioned heat-sink (not included in delivery) or 5 watt without heat-sink. The resistor has low inductance (<50nH) and a resistance range of 0.02 Ω...51 kΩ with a resistance tolerance of ±1% and a thermal resistance of 0.9 °C...1.3 °C depending on the version. The resistor is suitable for applications in power supplies, control and drive circuits, automotive and a wide range of high frequency equipment.
