The KT805 force transducers  with analogue output are characterised by their compact design (78x34x36 mm). The integrated amplifier provides output signals of 0...10 V, -10... +10 V,  4...20 mA for tension, pressure or both. With a cut-off frequency of 1.6 kHz (response time 650 µs), the electronics enables the measurement of forces in systems with fast production cycles. The force is applied via the M8 thread for measuring ranges up to 5 kN. The steel measuring body operates on the double bending beam principle. Mounting with two screws is simple and suitable for any flat, stable surface. The Wheatstone full bridge principle has been used for decades in this type of force sensor and ensures a long service life.
